Refund Policy – RevShift Digital
At RevShift Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and services including websites, SEO, funnels, CRM integrations, and related solutions. To ensure client satisfaction, we work closely with you throughout the project and provide up to three (3) revisions to align the final deliverables with your expectations.
Completed Work
Once a project is fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. Digital services are time- and resource-intensive, and once work is finalized, it cannot be reversed.
Partially Completed Work
If a project is terminated before completion, we will prorate a refund based on the percentage of work not yet completed. Any completed milestones or deliverables remain billable and will not be eligible for refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Domain names purchased on your behalf
- Licensed software, tools, or third-party subscriptions
- Intellectual property or proprietary assets developed during the project – Example = Logos
Revisions & Collaboration
We are dedicated to providing work that meets your needs. To ensure satisfaction, we include up to three (3) revisions of deliverables during the project timeline. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be subject to an additional fee.
