Terms & Conditions – RevShift Digital
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by RevShift Digital (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
RevShift Digital provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Website design & development
- SEO optimization
- Funnel building & automation
- CRM integrations
- Paid media management
- Branding and related digital services
The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a written proposal, contract, or agreement.
3. Payments
- A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due per agreed-upon milestones or final delivery.
- All invoices must be paid in full within the stated timeframe.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.
4. Revisions
We offer up to three (3) revisions for each deliverable, unless otherwise stated. Revisions must fall within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or out-of-scope changes may incur extra charges.
5. Refunds
- Completed projects are non-refundable.
- For partially completed projects, refunds may be prorated based on the portion of work not completed.
- Domains, third-party licenses, subscriptions, and intellectual property purchased or developed on behalf of the Client are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to materials, information, accounts, and approvals necessary for project completion.
- Ensure all content provided (text, images, video, etc.) is owned by the Client or properly licensed.
- Delays in providing necessary assets or approvals may affect project timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become the Client’s property upon full payment.
- RevShift Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the project.
9. Liability
- RevShift Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- While we employ best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., search engine rankings, ad performance).
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If terminated, the Client will be billed for completed work up to the date of termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, USA in which RevShift Digital operates.
